Handy Flo 400 Copper Brazing

Handy Flo 400 is used for high temperature furnace binder systems for Ni, Cu, bronze brazing alloys, brazing in exothermic, endothermic, dissociated ammonia and vacuum. Ideally suited for filler metals with flow points in excess of 980°C / 1800°F. Typically used with Nickel, Copper and Bronze brazing alloys.

Brazing and soldering pastes incorporate filler metal, flux, and a binder in a one-step application process. Because pastes are readily applied, they lend themselves well to both manual and automated production operations. We offer several flux/binder systems for specific temperature ranges and brazing processes.

Handy Flo 410 Restrictive binder system for furnace and vacuum brazing applications. Typical metal content is 80%, but can go as high as 90%. Flux free.	3 months	For vacuum brazing alloys or those requiring rapid heating. Water-based binder is restrictive and fast drying.	43 kb	22 kb
